I love monk strap shoes. On guys, on girls, in leather, in suede. cap toe is kinda 90's but all the others are pretty great. my personal favorite i did'nt include because it was in an older posting, its a Peil & Co for brooks brothers. The double buckle fella (blk with plaid trouser) and the black paired with nvy chalk stripe trouser, both work for Turnbull & Asser and are wearing Crockett & Jones. The last shoe amazing, when it gets closer to spring i will post the dude on his bike in a suit and tie..did you think he would be in anything else when you saw that shoe?! and a rubber band keeping his ankle tapered. the kids should take notice- you dont have to only wear skinny jazz shoes or womens florsheim to look suave. One can wear a show with a proper hard bottom ! invest in a pair

Odd that the Turnbull & Asser guys are wearing Edward Green shoes. Edward Green is very nice, but Turnbull & Asser's NY store sells Crockett & Jones shoes (also very nice).

Beautiful. Odd, but I've never liked monk strap shoes, until quite recently. I always considered them a bit too casual for business wear.
